Pat Waud, along with his wife Sue, are the owners of Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud and Cochran & Waud Sunset Chapel. Pat began his funeral career at a very young age. Growing up in Tillamook, Oregon Pat helped his father and mother with the daily operations of the family mortuary until leaving for San Francisco School of Mortuary. In 1971 at the ripe old age of 26, Pat and Sue bought into Holman-Hankins & Rilance. Soon there after, Pat and his partner purchased Cochran's Sunset Chapel. With the retirement of Pat's partner a few years later, the Waud's found themselves the sole owner/operators of these two mortuaries. With great pride for his hard work, Pat has watched the success of Holman-Hankins and Cochrans over these many years.
In his spare time, Pat serves on the Oregon City Chiefs Advisory Board and the Oregon City Elks Lodge Business Advisory Board. With hard work and a sincere respect for his community, Pat has continued to serve families in the proud tradition of this 120 year old business.

Sue Waud,has always managed to find the extra time to help her husband with the daily operations at Holman-Hankins. Sue, a native of Portland, is very active in the community. When not at the funeral home you are certain to find Sue designing beautiful floral arrangements at her flower shop; the Wild Strawberry.

Ron Rohde, comes to Oregon from Wyoming. A graduate of Willamette University, Ron learned the funeral trade by serving an Apprenticeship under Pat. Having worked part-time in the late 80's and then full-time starting in 1994, Ron has developed a deep appreciation for the funeral industry and the families he serves.

Tiffany Hubbard, a native to Oregon City, serves her community both as a Funeral Director and a licensed Crime Scene Investigator. Tiffany has been a welcome member of the staff at Holman-Hankins since starting her apprenticeship in 2005. Besides working directly with the you at your time of need, Tiffany also takes great pride in serving the needs of our communities school children. This year she spear-headed the local school supply drive, gathering much needed back to school items for many children in need.
