She was the youngest of three children born to Lyle E “Bud” Mitchael and Jacqueline E “Jackie” Mitchael. Millie was born, raised and spent all but her college years in Oregon City. The Mitchaels were an outdoor loving family. Dad, Mom, sister Kathy, brother Mike and Millie (aka: Little Toot) spent time camping, hunting and fishing.

Millie began working for Freightliner fresh out of college, and stayed on permanently. She retired after 40 years as a Warranty Recall Coordinator.

Millie met the love of her life Steven Michael Williams and they were married in 1989. They made their home in Oregon City. The two of them enjoyed traveling in their trailer, hunting, ocean fishing, trips to the casino, playing dominos, time spent loving their dogs and helping Bud and Jackie (Dad and Mom). They both loved the little eastern Oregon town of Granite and built a cabin there. She was a member of the Granite Crafters and spent time keeping the Granite School open for tourists. She was also a member of the Cascade Geographic Society.

Millie was member of the Susannah Lee Barlow Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She was patriotic and proud to be an American. Both of her parents were Veterans of WWII and she had an ancestor that fought in the War of 1776. She
